This policy explains how Gregor Jeffrey LLC handles information on gregorjeffrey.com.

What we collect

We collect information you submit in forms, such as your name, email, professional role, organization, newsletter preference, and message. Stripe processes payment details. We do not store card numbers. We may also collect basic usage data, including pages visited, browser and device information, IP address, and referrals.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, administer enrollment and certification, send the newsletter when you opt in, improve the site, and measure advertising and show relevant ads.

Cookies and advertising

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel to understand site visits, measure advertising, and show relevant ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. LinkedIn and Meta receive usage data through cookies and similar technologies for measurement and relevant ads.

Visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and certain other regions are asked for consent before advertising cookies load. Where your region cannot be determined, advertising tracking stays off. Elsewhere, tracking remains subject to your advertising choices and applicable opt-outs. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, which also suppress the consent banner.

You can opt out through LinkedIn ad settings and Meta ad settings, or use browser controls to block third-party cookies. You can also change your consent with Allow and Decline below. We save your choice and a browser-local consent record identifying the visitor, date, region, notice version, text, and choices shown, including the data, purposes, and recipients. Changes apply to other open tabs, and earlier acceptance records are preserved after withdrawal. Change advertising choice clears the current choice and reopens the banner in consent regions; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track still take precedence. Clearing browser storage removes these local records.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed for these purposes, including hosting and email delivery providers, Stripe for payments, and LinkedIn and Meta for advertising measurement and relevant ads. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing gj@gregorjeffrey.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
