Matt Yarmuch (MSc, P.Eng.) is Gregor Jeffrey’s Lead Facilitator. He has delivered hundreds of sessions and has deep knowledge of the challenges inside complex corporate environments.

Matt brings an extensive technical and leadership background, including engineering work in the manufacturing and energy sectors, executive experience through his own firm, and academic involvement at the University of Alberta. That combination of systems-thinking and facilitation skill makes him a rare bridge between rigor and relational intelligence.
