Gregor Jeffrey is a British-Canadian cognitive theorist, award-winning speaker, and executive advisor whose work explores the architecture of human thought - how we process information, relate to others, and navigate the invisible terrain of cognitive difference.
Gregor began his career in Canada’s defence sector and Silicon Valley, later supporting international teams on strategic programs for the UK Ministry of Defence, British intelligence agencies, and NATO Special Operations Forces.
He identified that most breakdowns in interpersonal performance were not primarily behavioral or emotional, but cognitive - rooted in fundamental differences in how individuals perceive, organize, and relate to information. This insight led to the development of Cognitive Spectrum Theory, an integrative framework that maps the diversity of mental processing.
Gregor Jeffrey’s applied methodologies - including the Cognitive Sequence Method and Dyadic Cognitive Mapping - are used by leading organizations to improve communication, reduce cognitive friction, and foster inclusive, high-performance cultures.
